We are have a really fun time down in South Carolina this week! Yesterday we got to go strawberry picking on St. Helena’s Island and we brought home over five pounds of strawberries!
Last night after we got home from a delicious BBQ dinner, I made a little fruit dip to enjoy with the strawberries. This dip is nothing fancy but it beats whipped cream or plain Cool-Whip any day.
Just mix one 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme with one 8 oz. block of cream cheese. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon if you like. Enjoy!
